Typical Scenario:
Your Foreman is out in the field and observes a group of tradesmen on a piping installation. They are not observing safe work practices and do not have proper Personal Protective Equipment. The foreman can capture a record of the observation and coaching provided as the observation is made. The results can be trended and included as part of the next safety talk.
