Simplified Compliance

We approach each project with our 5 key simplification principles:

Reduce

Our field experts analyze each form and reduce it to the critical inputs.  Key information is pre-populated into each form used in the field.

Organize

Information inputs are organized into logical question groups and built as drop-down selections or multi-select choices whenever possible.  Our goal is to organize the information collection to be as efficient and effective as possible and ensure the reporting outputs provide clear insight.

Standardize

We work with your experts to standardize the terminology used on the forms. Standardized outputs ensure responses from the field are consistent across all personnel and allow for trending data through the organization.

Clarify

Procedures, drawings and work instructions are built directly into our electronic field tools and embedded at the work face, to eliminate ambiguity of requirements.

Communicate

Electronic field tools and online reporting create a constant stream of data from the work face to key stakeholders.  Management can adapt quickly to changing conditions and feed new requirements back to the field the next day simply by updating tasks.
